The last time I checked there were over 150 identified biases. Evidence would suggest we are all bias. Many companies are spending money on training leaders in understanding bias but does it do any good? Can training actually help stop brain based biases? We take a look at bias, how it works and how organisations can do more than training and get better results along the way.
