Anyone who has read even a little about neuroscience and business will know that the brain has evolved to minimize threat and maximize reward. It’s all well and good knowing this but what does it actually mean for people in business. In practical terms how do you minimize threat and where is threat likely to be the biggest issue? And what do we mean by reward and how can we maximize it?
