We are often exhorted to have more willpower but is it really the answer to achieving goals and is there some clear science that might help us?

Willpower is one thing we will to make change. But what is the science behind willpower and is it the best strategy at this time of year, or at any other time for that matter? We will take a look at what works, and what doesn’t and give you some tips and advice for how to better take care of yourself this holiday season and into the New Year when you may be scoping your resolutions.
